CUSTOMER REVIEW

Installed roofing, gutters and siding on approximately 5000 sq ft of residence that included a wrap around porch. Had to remove old siding, gutters and roofing and work on a roof with lots of dormers. New columns were also included for the porch. Siding was vinyl of both shake and vertical style.

We were completely satisfied with all aspects of the work. Chris was excellent to work with - very professional. We have had many contractors and neighbors comment positively about the final result and request the name of the siding and roofing installer.

All work was done on time and the quality was excellent. Chris was also very helpful in discussing alternatives and working with us on the design of the final project. He supplied samples of all the different colors and finishes that could be applied and his advice and experience was a significant contribution to the overall visual appearance of the completed structure.

If faced with a similar future project, Chris is the first one I'd call.

Chris and his team gave us an estimate in 2012. We ended up holding off on the project. We contacted him again in the summer of 2015. He came back out and gave us a very fair and complete estimate. He gave us lots of options and advice/opinions. He was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Chris and his team came in and did a new roof, gutters, siding, windows and garage doors. His team was exceptional and professional. They completed the entire project in five and a half days and they left the yard and work area cleaner than how they found it. Chris communicated all aspects of the job as they were being performed and he kept us in the loop the whole time. There were no surprises, which was great for a project of this size. The completed work was beyond our expectations. We basically have a new house. We are thrilled with the work performed by DeFalco Siding and Construction and we will recommend them to anyone. They really did a fantastic job

Removed old siding, gutters, and windows, replaced windows, added insulation between siding and inside walls, put up new siding and gutters, installed front door, back french doors, and outdoor lights, and contracted out the installation of a garage door.

Chris DeFalco of DeFalco Siding and Construction and his team did an amazing job making our home aesthetically gorgeous on the outside. I received a recommendation to use him from a coworker, and I must say that I was glad that I did. Chris is a pleasure to work with because he gets back to you in a timely manner, helps you make decisions, and does not try to persuade you to do anything you don't need. He provided us with samples and pictures of his work, met with us on numerous occasions before the work started, and was here to check on his team once the work began. While there were a few hiccups throughout the process, Chris made sure anything that wasn't right was tended to, even when he was out of town. He did not settle until we were 100% happy. His team worked quickly and spent consecutive days here at our home. He told me he makes sure that they work on one project until the job is done which makes everything more efficient. Our house is really becoming what we want finally, and I am certain we will call him for future projects. It was a pleasure to work with a company that does it right and communicates in a timely manner.

Vinyl Shakes & Roof

My fiancee and I are new homeowners living together since September of 2014. This past winter was devastating and left us with a leaky roof (all the roof raking in the world didn't help). To top it off, a woodpecker and his friends had put about 40 holes in the side of our home. Chris came by to inspect our issues and was kind, knowledgeable, and honest. He explained everything we were to expect with the removal of the roof as well as possible problems encountered (water damage obligated us to replace the sheets of plywood underneath- they were rotted and peeled apart like an onion!). He gave us options and samples. We decided to use the ice and snow protection for the entire roof- we used architectural shingles and the vinyl shakes for the siding were exquisite. The smallest detail Chris and his team paid attention to: they even spray painted a pipe on the side of the home to blend and match the color of the shakes, they removed and re-installed the lighting and along with this installed decorative plastic covers/for the hose spout/the dryer vent. They cleaned the yard with a magnetic rake to pick up nails and were more than thorough in finding the rest of the debris and ensuring safe/responsible removal. Chris and the guys were even concerned with taking care not to harm the lawn. I really can't say enough. His men were even cautious around our newly planted garden. His lead guy was a true gentleman and very attentive and patient to stop and explain to me any question I may have had. It was like an art to watch his team work - like an assembly line or well oiled machine they came in and knew precisely what the game plan was - talk about efficiency. Honestly it looks like a new home and when we were in a time of need we found a blessing in Chris Defalco and team. I would recommend him to any one of my friends and family members.
